Teaching Experience
Sayan Chatterjee has a rich experience of more than 15 years in Techno-management research in Biotechnology, FMCG and Healthcare. He had been a member of the Centre of Relevance & Excellence in Food Processing Technology and Quality Control set up by TIFAC, DST, Govt. of India. Prior to joining GGSIP University, he had taught B.Tech. Food Technology students under West Bengal University of Technology and trained working professionals in the field of Nutraceuticals and functional foods. He had led the Technical Team (India) of a US- based Biotechnology MNC listed in NYSE. Hehas served as an expert in quality management systems for various government and private auditing agencies and industries in the areas of Food Processing, Pharmaceutical, Environmental management and Biotechnology. Sh. Sayan Chatterjee's interdisciplinary research involves in silico analysis of biochemical processes, bio-engineering &bio-product development, safety policies and management systems.
