The University was established as an affiliating and teaching University to promote studies in the emerging areas of higher education like Engineering, Technology, Business Studies, Computer Applications and Environment Management etc. In order to achieve this aim, the University has started some teaching programmes in various schools in the University Campus which have been established for teaching and research in their respective areas.
