Kindly note the following regarding University’s “IPU.EDU” E-Mail accounts & Internet bandwidth:

 

  1. The University’s Intranet E-mail Site address is:    http://mail.ipu.edu             
    OR
    If your proxy server address for LAN settings is 172.16.10.1, then type following: -       http://mail.ipu.edu/webmail
  2. Procedure to operate IPU.EDU E-Mail accounts is attached herewith (Also available at : http://ipu.ac.in/ucitim/ipueduemail.htm )
  3. List of .edu email account is attached (http://ipu.ac.in/ucitim/ipueduemail.htm)
  4. Every “ipu.edu” e-mail user is requested to :

a)      Do not to open any unknown and suspicious e-mails which could be Spam, Virus, Worms etc.

b)      Do not respond any Spam E-Mails.

c)      Delete mails from time to time due to limited space available.             

  1. It is pleasure to inform that Internet Bandwidth has been upgraded from 2 mbps to 4 mbps which has resulted in better Internet speed.
