Regulations:

Regulations for award of academic prizes, medals & awards to the outstanding students pursuing programmes in the Schools of Studies in the University:

1. The prizes & medals will be awarded annually to:-

(i) the students securing first and second position, determined on the basis of the marks obtained in the first year and final year of the University examination for Master of Business Studies/Business Administration in E-Commerce, International Marketing and Computer Aided management, separately for each programme and each year.

(ii) the students securing first and second position, determined on the basis of the marks obtained in the first year, second year and final year of the University examination for Master of Software Engineering programme/MCA, separately for each year.

(iii) the students securing first and second position calculated on the basis of the marks obtained in the first year and final year of the University examination for Master of Environment Management programme will be given medals, certificates and cash prizes, separately for each year.

(iv) the students securing first and second position, determined on the basis of the marks obtained at the end of first, second, third, fourth and final year of University examination for M.Tech. (Integrated) programmes separately, for each programmes namely Information Technology, Chemical Technology and Biotechnology and separately for each year.

2. The awards to the final year Degree students shall be as follows:

(i) a) First prize shall carry a medal, certificate and a cash prize of Rs.5,000/-

b) Second prize shall carry a medal, certificate and cash prize of Rs.3,000/-

(ii) The awards to the students other than the final year shall be as follows:

a) First prize shall carry a medal, certificate and a cash prize of Rs.3,000/-

b) Second prize shall carry a medal, certificate and a cash prize of Rs.2,000/-
